Conditions for use of QPQ· QPQ is a service for creating contact between two parties, a requestor and a provider · QPQ ensures that all services offered via QPQ is not in violation of Danish law applicable at the time the service is embedded in QPQ. If in doubt, please consult with laws in your native country outside Denmark. · New services for QPQ, suggested by our users will not be submitted until it is legally ensured that a service does not conflict with Danish law · All services offered are solely a matter between 'requester' and 'provider' · The service provided by the provider, is without any kind of involvement of QPQ, nor warranty of any kind · When a service is performed, provider reports the service as complete within 7 days, for the sake of rating updates for 'provider' · Provider can not have a rating updated before both 'provider' and 'requester' have reported the service as done in QPQ · Requester should rate the service performed by provider Legal Notices QPQ disclaims any responsibility to: · Services exported, · The contact being established between the two parties · Lack of reportings of services provided, · Any consequence of defects carried out by 'provider' Tax issues, upon payment for service performed · It is the responsibility of any 'provider' to comply with the national tax law if charging for any service provided · QPQ is not required to provide the follow-up on tax matters · QPQ does not keep credit card information on the server. Any purchasing of extra services is facilitated by an external partner, Stripe www.stripe.com. · All traffic going to and from QPQ.dk is encrypted and thereby your data is safe. |
